What do you really want?

First thing in the morning, before you get out of bed, take a few moments to luxuriate in your breath.  Feel it feed your body like rainfall in the desert.  This is your chance to set your intention for your day.  Imitate Rumi, by gently asking a question.  Then, listen with an expectant, curious, and quiet mind.
